Slow going

Still working on justice for my uncle, but I seem to be getting nowhere. In the mean time ManorCare continues it's murderous streak about a week ago a young woman entrusted in  their care died from neglect. She said she wasn't feeling well and called for help but no one came and by the morning she was dead. Why on earth can nothing be done to stop this company! First I thought it was just the facility my uncle was in that was this bad but it is not it is the whole ManorCare system people are dying and being seriously injured by these people and nothing is being done. I have reached out to news stations, government officials and nothing. I guess people being neglected to the point of dead is not news worthy or important enough for our news stations or government to care about.

I haven't quit just looking for a new road

I haven't given up on finding justice for you Uncle Peewee I am just trying to find someone to listen. I have tried social media, contacting local and federal government, and I have contacted  news stations. No one will listen they do not care because you were in a nursing home therefore you are a forgotten person. I know if you had been a child then it would be different there would have been a full investigation of the incident and someone would haven been made to pay for what happened to you but because you are a older man not quite a senior you do not matter to the powers that be. I wish I knew what else to do because right now I am at a loss. I did hire a lawyer and she is working to get somethings done but it is taking forever they say justice is blind well I say it is slow and uncaring God help me I won't quit!

To Manor Care

Dear Manor Care,

                               You may have the records fixed so you look like you did everything you can to take care of him but I have the pictures which prove that you didn't and as you know pictures speak a thousand words. I am not going to go away or drop this, to you he was just another number but to me he was my uncle and a beloved family member.  You can rest a sure that I am going to do everything in my power to inform people of the kind of facility that you are and how your staff care nothing for the residents who reside there. I hope everyone of you who have a loved one in this place no matter where it is located takes your family member somewhere else before they are harmed or killed by this greedy corporation. The higher ups in this company care nothing about the residents all they care about is their bottom line. Manor Care it is just a matter of time before your luck runs out and I hope, I am the beginning of that down fall. 

The Day before he passed away 10-19-2013

Have you ever held your breath so long it felt like your lungs were going to explode, or have you ever swallowed to much water choked on it getting that feeling like your never going to be able to catch your breath? Now that you have those images in your mind think about this, this is what my uncle suffered for almost a month of his life caused by the damage to his heart by the infection he suffered which was left untreated until he became septic.

These pictures were taken the day before he passed away. He looks horrible right well I wish I could get the video to load so you could hear what he sounded like. He drowned in the fluid from his lungs, his lungs were so full that he would cough and the fluid would come out of his mouth. Gilchrist Hospice Center did every thing they could to help relieve his suffering by giving him medications to get rid of the fluid but nothing helped for long. My uncle suffered a great deal and it breaks my heart to think the people who caused this will get away with it. It breaks my heart even more to know because nothing is being done, someone else's family will have to deal with the same thing. My uncle is not their first victim and he will not be their last if we do not stand up now for others like my uncle. This company deserves to be shut down and if criminal charges could be pressed against them they should be, I mean if you or I did this to another human being we would be sitting in a prison cell. Why can't the ones who failed to care for him face the same thing?

This Is the quality of care to expect from MANORCARE RUXTON or any for that matter.

These are the pictures I took in the hospital, there are some I could not take out of respect for my uncle like the impression of the bedpan on his butt. No one has the right to treat another human being this way. If you place your loved one in any ManorCare facility be prepared to bury them because they will not live long with treatment like this.

Office of Health Care Quality Maryland what a joke

I contacted the office of Health Care Quality to report my uncles neglect and they said they would make it a priority. They sure did it took them almost a month to investigate and in that time gave ManorCare Ruxton time to cover there butts and change their records. So their will be no reprimands there will be no reports for the public to see instead ManorCare once again gets a pass from the state they are free to continue neglecting their patients and killing people.

Please come forward and speak the truth !

I am calling for those who have had a love one injured or killed by ManorCare to come forward speak out against this place before they claim another life! I am asking those of you who worked for Manorcare any of you who witnessed the neglect patients suffered to come forward because I know you are out there and I know if we all pull together we have a chance to shut down this company and it's facilities ! No one deserves to suffer the way these poor patients do and the way my uncle did. My Uncle is their latest victim he DIED as a result of the neglect he suffered. He did not die quickly and painlessly he suffered terribly and I know there are others out there who have a loved one who suffered the same fate as my uncle. We can prevent this from happening to someone else if we speak out PLEASE DO NOT LET ANOTHER PERSON DIE !
